What BFCSA Does...
BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide. Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years. For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams. She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Has anyone checked the whole Senate Inquiry into Post GFC Banking Program?
If so do you have the link for finding it please?
I noticed that Denise is up on the first day! :)
I wonder if some of the banks will be re-writing their speeches after listening to Denise tell them the uncomfortable truth about themselves?
I noticed that Commissioner Kell seems to be representing ASIC. No sign of Chairman Greg Medcraft?
I'm wondering if this Senate Inquiry isn't important enough for him to take time out from his lunch break to attend?
Surely he had enough advance warning in the invitation?
Or is bank fraud and lending scams Mr Kell's area of knowledge and specialisation?
My guess is that our letters may have made an impact on Greg Medcraft. Keep it up!
He's probably too scared to turn up and speak especially after Denise has tipped it all over the regulators, the banks, the financiers and everyone who allowed this attrocious business. After all he had the power to change that and he didn't.
Note to Greg: The Australian, New Zealand, Canadian and Indonesian people would like to know why we're paying you and why you've gone AWOL on illegal bank practices.
You've got a bit of explaining to do, mate. :(

Do you know about "www.setoffdebt.com" These folks are doing a FANTASTIC job in America. Go check out their website and see what I mean. They refer to the debt they help people get rid of as "debtkill." Their latest newsletter says they are up to US$187 MILLION!!!! YES MILLION. I am going to try their system here.

I've just posted on FPA. They're a large community (around 100,000 members). Their membership is chiefly involved in teaching trading and busting scammers. They taught me a lot last year. Their posts are picked up and translated into multiple languages and reposted around the world. It's an excellent resource for anyone looking for support in dealing with fraudulent investment companies. I've put out the word about bank fraudulent lending and where to get real help, telling them not to bother with ASIC but go straight to BFCSA if anyone is having real problems with an Australian bank. Their site gets high rankings on Google. Fingers crossed for BFCSA.
