What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: Dear Prime Minister, you have law and economic degree's, whats your definition of contract fraud? Please explain.

Dear members

The new year is upon us and we have to hit the ground running. The Senate hearing into ASIC is a good start but our Treasurer, The Right Honourable Joe Hockey's investigation into the banksters IS NOT... by the very fact its being led by former bankster David Murray.

Joe Hockey's early career was as a banking and finance lawyer so he obviously has strong connections to the banks.  The outcome will be obvious but another aspect comes into play, between now and until November, any questions submitted to our sitting government will be fobbed off... saying we are investigating the banks and await the results at the end of the .  This appears to be another stalling tactic by our politicians to confront the banksters head on.

Like the blog title states our P.M. The Right Honourable Tony Abbott has both law and economics degree's so he is in a perfect position to understand our plight.  I like many of you have written to him when in Opposition and did not get a reply, he IS familiar with our situation because I have a copy of a letter he forwarded to the Attorney General outlining a constituents ( a BFCSA member) problems with their bankster, the A..G. sent the standard seek independent legal advice letter in return.

Late last year everything was chaotic with a change of government and then the settling in period with only a couple of sitting days before they went to summer break but now it won't be long before parliament resumes and I was thinking about lobbying one of the Independents to ask the P.M directly at question time that if after signing a contract, all the critical information is altered without the signatories knowledge, is this then a breach of said contract or words to that effect and is it fraud and shouldn't the authorities be notified?

ASIC, FOS and COSL try to side track us and bamboozle us with legal jargon, after all they are all stacked to the rafters with lawyers but they all downgrade fraud in the eyes of Australian law to something as  simplistic as maladministration in lending but laws cannot be watered down to protect the banksters.

The P.M. and Treasurer The Right Honourable Joe Hockey both have law degree's they are both eminately qualified  to answer any questions concerning basic contracts so if we could lobby an Independent MP, someone like Cathy McGowan and if she accepts, to give her some examples of altered LAF's I say there is no harm in trying.

FYI , Cathy McGowan is a Victorian country woman from the land who toppled Liberal stalwart Sophie Mirrabella from her seat.  Because bankster greed is so widespread and many country people and property owners have fallen victim to their unscrupulous tactics this might be a cause she is prepared to take to question time on our behalf.

Are any of our BFCSA members familiar with Cathy and if so can you enlighten us?

This course of action might be a dead end and God knows we have all hit a few of those over the years but every time even the remotest chances arise we must take them and persevere until we achieve our ultimate goal which is to be reinstated back into our original positions before the banksters intervened into our lives.  Thanks Neil T.

    FOS breach of contract

FOS themselves are in breach of the contract contained in their Terms of Reference, the Banking and Finance lead by ex ASIC Shane Tregillis is without a review panel. This is in direct violation SECT 2.4 of their terms of reference , the same " turkeys" have also breached their own TOR by allowing banks to start and continue enforcement action whilst a dispute is before FOS. Abbott and Hockey ASIC won't act except to say in their submission (one of several) that the banks are upset that enforcement ( foreclosures) are being slowed down , the Govt has to intervene to stop the banks , aided and abetted by ASIC and FOS, ruining, and in some cases, taking peoples lives and treating this situation as collateral damage

There is a very interesting article about Cathy McGowan new member for Indi here in The Weekend Australian Magazine dated October 19-20 2013 by Kate Legge - article up on line and well worth reading for she sounds like the perfect person to put a few rockets up them - kind of person who should be at the ASIC helm from what I read - the following is from the article...

“Everybody who joined the MGowan team signed a pledge to uphold values promoting honest and respectful conduct”

“The procession of Coalition would be saviours including Peter Costello Malcolm Turnbull and Barnaby Joyce proved no match for the enthusiasm of McGowan’s orange army most of whom were being drawn into politics for the first time in their lives”.

Re Economics degrees - found a very interesting on-line training set split into 6 lessons (all-up 1 hour approx.) on understanding money which states text books being used in the majority of Universities are so outdated they do not even explain properly how this fractionalised reserve banking system works and they who graduate with Finance and Economics degrees are clueless themselves yet most end up running our Finance and Treasury Depts. No wonder the world economy is in such a mess.

If you google for UK up it comes - training video set called how money works

I am sure 2014 will be the year of relatives of Politicians waking up and realise they too are victims of Bank Fraud. It will be sadly like the road toll where everyone knows someone affected. Such is the magnitude of the crimes committed by our very own Bankers Cartel. [email protected]

Yes Organza, white collar crime is not taught at University in Australia, there are no text books. I should know having completed the course. University sees only documents which reflect the position that no lenders have been prosecuted. ASIC has been systemically corrupted enough to keep it that way. The university of learning about white collar crime in Australia, is sadly BFCSA - the practical side of learning by experience and latent knowledge..............that's the problem of permitting Banking Cartels to flourish in our society.

I have received my response from FOS today inclusive of RHG 's EXCUSES for their fraud! They are so intent of painting the picture that 'the broker this and why did you do this '- maybe they could sit and explain it all to my 4 children how insatiable greed trumps integrity everytime!
Or perhaps there's someone at ASIC that would like to come to my home and reassure my children that the bank won't try and take our home again? ASIC stand up for the children in this tragic banking nightmare, would you allow your children to feel as though they may not have a home solely for the reason "THE REGULATORS AND BANKS ALL SHARE THE GREED AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY all at your expense little Johnny !!

Well I sure know a bit about white collared crime for could have been a whistleblower myself when who I then worked for came crashing down in 1990 in the aftermath of the 1987 crash. That experience made me vow to never work in the industry ever again and stick to investing in my home. Sure jumped out of the frying pan into the inferno with that bright idea thanks to ASIC warning Brokers were evil and stick to banks. Pity they did not add joke joyce and tell us they did not wear halos but carried pitchforks! Maybe I am suffering clouded vision but looks to me like whitecollar is right into cyber and tax havens these days in corporate boardrooms! Wonder if the big ACORN in Canberra has yet figured that out? Doubtless no and they will focus on chasing squirrels at ground level rather than clouds filled with buckets!

World Wide Cover Up of Crime by friends of Bankster cartel

I wonder how many friends, family and associates of people working at ASIC, FOS, COSL, APRA, AOFM and politicians' offices have used Denise's knowledge to get out of THEIR loans? .... while still denying loan fraud is a real issue and criminal conduct, arguing that the broker was to blame and sending us to poverty and homelessness?
Look at all the affordable legal, community and disability services that are supposed to exist ... but only in theory.
Look at the massive regulatory framework that's supposed to be keeping investors safe ... but only in theory.
Denise once said you could drive a fleet of Mack trucks through the holes in the regulatory framework in Australia ... and she's right.
When government said they have us covered, I don't think they ever meant real protection. More likely secret surveillance and cover ups!
I think this will turn out to be the biggest attempt to bury all the evidence of crime in the history of the World, not just Australia.
