MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

I don't understand how the bank can send paperwork saying that "this is everything we have on file for your accounts.

1. No traditional LAF just a 1 page credit author form signed the same day as the letter of offer and a mortgage credit facility worksheet filled in by the bank 6 weeks after loan was drawn down.

2. A mortgage contract with another banks name at the top.

3. Repayments of more than our combined income shown on tax returns, but bank crossed out verify income status in their mortgage credit worksheet.

4.I go guarantor on a business loan that the bank have admitted they have lost LAF for, but my income is not checked

5.On a refinance of a business loan I'm guarantor again no income verification and LAF filled in by Bank Manager And I still don't have l a piece of paper that says Mortgage contract or loan contract on any of the loans

Like I said I don't understand

Dear Flatout, don't be phased this is typical bankster strategy to confuse and upset you, they will only give you what they want to give you. Anything which might be incriminating is safely stored away from prying eyes, they know at present their mates at FOS and COSL wont force them to divulge the appropriate documents but fear not because the Senators investigation into ASIC will expose how the EDR's, FOS and COSL failed the consumers by not forcing the banksters to hand over the missing paperwork. On the BFCSA website this is a recurring theme with the banksters responses, lost paperwork, no record of LAF's, its the brokers fault. Flatout its all B/S and their house of cards is about to come tumbling down, they might of supposedly lost the information but we haven't, we have it all on every lender who got on the no doc, low doc, full doc rip off gravy train so please don't be intimidated by their tactics the day of reckoning is fast approaching.

Answer is simple: Banks know they are protected and self regulated and ASIC deem that to be a regulatory NO GO ZONE and nosey-bods will be thrown out under guise of Secret Bank Money Business." Is that the system we expect or even want? I doubt it. [email protected]

Neil is right Flatout. Doesn't matter which lender you are with they are all the same. This is common practice and like Neil says the lenders have their legal eagles going over everything before documents get forwarded on to customers. Lost is a classic statement of Nab and others. The documents are vetted and re vetted to make sure there is nothing to incriminate the banksters. FOS will not push for lost documents. FOS seem happy to accept this most ridiculous answer. Way too many of us are being served up the same dirty stories. It becomes evident after a while of reading blogs and answers, that we have all been subjected to the same bullying tactics.
Hang in there and keep pushing your bank and asking questions. Expect to be ignored on the question bit but keep at the sods. I received 300 pages of documentation after we had been to court and an order for possession outcome for Nab. The papers are full of dodgy misrepresentations but this was after the fact, so of little use. I requested files through the court system but was refused with an answer something to the effect that the files had no relevance to the present case and Nab did not have to provide these docs. I finally wrote to the CEO of Nab to get the documents but NO LAF ever. It took some 3 weeks of extensive searching for Nab to come up with that one. (Nab quote) The only documents we ever signed was for the Broker to get his nice fat commission. Nab went ahead on the say so of a Broker we had never met with, or ever had any dealings with, but he was an ex Nab Bank Manager.

Take that as you will but where there is smoke there is fire I always think. We had guarantors added without any knowledge to them or any signatures as well. The whole lot of the Lenders are shonky to say the least. Criminal at best.

Their behaviour has become so predictable and so ho hum I fail to see how anybody can deny they have all been up to something evil they do not want revealed else why all the secrecy and refusal to provide answers and documents on request along with the so very obvious evasiveness? If not guilty and they had nothing to hide they would not act as they do yet they still fail to realise that we can see right through them. ASIC of course is equally guilty for to aid and abet is a criminal offence referred to legally as accessory before or after the fact is it not? I hear they are all climbing up and down the Faraway Tree these days stashing stuff in a big big cloud but just wait for the cloudburst for in the end truth always prevails

    On cloud 9?

In Greek mythology, Circe was a female enchantress, who lured men to her island abode. She was known for her sensuality, her mastery of magic and potions, and a notorious legend in which she turned men into swine. Maybe things are set to become a tad more interesting and we might be in for a change of tactics knowing who now presides on the throne at the ABA!
