What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA Member Story - Banks targeted Older Australians to STEAL HOMES by use of FRAUD & Forgery

Dear Denise,
Joe talks of being terrified and my Hubby and i know just how he feels as we are also terrified of becoming homeless.
We have just been served with a default notice even though it was not us who ceased the repayments. It was a bank officer who granted a moratorium at our request in 2008 when fraud was suspected and now after all these years we are cruelly slapped with a default.
So if it was they who ceased the repayments how can that be classified as defaulting?
It is not a case of defaulting it is a case of having been granted a fraudulent loan.
Our loan was approved by dishonest methods and Parliament must listen to the cries of the desperate victims.
At the time of loan approval we were pensioners earning $23,000.
2 bank officers were involved in tampering with our LAF.
One of the officers inflated our income figures 10 fold and the other approved the loan knowing fully well that we were pensioners and that the doc was made up of lies to get an unapprovable loan across the line.
We can also name the two perpetrators. How was this crime allowed to drag on for so many years and now they are stating that we are in default.

To lose our beloved home would be just like a death of a loved one. It is the worst depressing scarey feeling to have been put in this position by PEPPER HOME LOANS and Australian Executive Trustees who are far from trustworthy!!!
They have committed such a horrendous offence  against us and do not care at all.
They betrayed us and now want to steal our home.  If we robbed a Bank we would be in jail by now, but if the BANK ROBS US, some people in Parliament so NO NEED FOR ROYAL COMMISSION.

Had FOS not closed its eyes and closed our case file, this would not have happened. They refused to investigate the illegalities in our file.

We want Fos to re open it and do a true investigation now before it's too late or we'll be out on the streets.
We are now 72 and 65.
It will be impossible to start again. It will also be impossible to pay rent on a pension.
Just the thought of becoming homeless because of the crimes of others makes me feel absolutely powerless, devastated and yes the thought of ending it all has crossed my mind because the grief is so unbearable.
We are living our worst nightmare. My Hubby is having a hard time coping with this cruel situation and don't know how long we can exist in this continuous state of anxiety.

Friends of ours are forced to live in a small caravan in a paddock. When do MP's start realising what is happening because of fraud and forgery by Bankers and when does this nightmare end.

Please Denise tell Parliament that something has to be done quickly to end all of this suffering.

Thankyou Denise for all that you do for us and thankyou for doing the ACA give us courage and strength to fight on for true justice xx

Yes Ali, I will be back writing letters to the Prime Minister and the Treasurer....someone has to wake them up.....This is a dumb response letter from, Federal Member Don Randall today:

Thank you for your email.

Whilst the behaviour of a select few of Financial Advisors in the CBA is certainly concerning, I do not believe at this stage it warrants a Royal Commission. The actions taken by those financial planners in the CBA occurred over 10 years ago, and since then the financial planning and management sector has undergone extensive legislative changes, including the introduction of a requirement that the financial advisor is to at all times act in the best interests of the client and measures which prevent prohibit conflicted remuneration.

The Government is focused on helping those who were disadvantaged by the actions of CBA employees, and supports the CBA in it’s establishment of an independent review panel.

Once again Jane, thank you for your email and if there is anything further I can do in my capacity as the Federal Member for Canning, please feel free and I will be more than happy to help you out where possible.

Yours sincerely

Don Randall MP

Federal Member for Canning
