What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Wish we had videoed our departure. It was pouring rain and a miserable day. Much like the way we felt. The Sheriff gave us extra time to remove our belongings from the house and then left us to our own means to drive away. He was a nice guy and seemed to understand what we were going through. He phoned the Mortgagee agent for Nab and waited for him to arrive along with the Real Estate agent and locksmith. The house was left with mud tramped all through it after we made many trips to and fro gathering things.
The Sheriff later texted me with the details of the Mortgagee agent phone etc so as we could make contact in regards to collecting our belongings still in situ. As we leased an adjoining property with a common boundary to our home we returned to the leased property roughly 1 hour after being evicted. We were shocked to find the Mortgagee agent, and Real estate agent walking around on our leased property which we noticed from the road before entering the property. They had the door to our caravan open and looking inside. We totally surprised them and caught them in the act. The Real estate agent took off like she was on fire leaving the Mortgagee agent actually gob smacked by our appearance. He fumbled around trying to explain what he was up to. Even stated he had stepped out the property boundary. Not likely, he had his best boots on and no mud was evident so he had not stepped out anything apart from getting out of his car and taking the 50 odd steps to the caravan and our leased property. He did not give us a copy of the title he was supposedly working from after we asked to see it. Matter of fact he could not explain what he was doing on our property but made it quite clear that it belonged to Nab as part of the order for possession. This is a man employed by Nab who if indeed he did have a copy of the title apparently had no comprehension of it or ability to read it. His main comment was for us to contact the lawyers for Nab but would not even give a name. Eventually after many emails and phone calls Nab admitted defeat but not without a fight. Nab eventually had a survey of the property completed. New survey pegs were placed in position for all to see. What gets me is why you have to fight for everything. What makes these so called experts so smug and in this instance so stupid.
They need to get into the real world and live in our shoes for a while.

    Claire Priestley

I am unable to watch these videos, it's very sad to think we had to make them to try and get exposure out there. The entrance signe to our property that is in my video was found pushed down a few weks after tenders closed. The lovely old fridge that we used for a mailbox, now has bullet holes in it, just heartbreaking, we try not to drive that way to Wlagett. The eviction video shows that NAB CEO Cameron Clyne was very aware of our complaints and he failed to ensure they were investigated as promised in the contractually binding 2004 Code of Banking Practice, rather he chose enforcement action instead, knowing we couldn't afford to defend ourselves in court. Let's hope the current Senate Inquriy into ASIC will ensure our submissions about the misleading and deceptive 2004 Code of Banking Practice is dealt with at the hearings. The 2004 ABA Code is dishonest .The ABA did not disclose that the Code Compliance Monitorijng Committee (CCMC) is not an independent investigative body as it claims, the CCMC cannot investigate complaints because it is bound by a secret unpublished contract that stops them from investigating complaints , this secret contract that the banks haven't disclosed to their customers is the ABA's Code Compliance Monitoring Committee Association (CCMCA) constitution.
In the mean time NAB CEO Cameron Clyne is retiring at 46, whilst my brother and I have to start our life over again.

We would go past our home and see the Mortgagee Sale sign perched in everyone view. Advertisements were inclusive in the the local papers for all to see. People we had known for over 40 years. Our distress was overwhelming. Nab left the house to go to rack and ruin. Finally some thug purchased the property for a bargain price and paid cash for it. Their reputation throughout the district is well known and it does not paint a pretty picture. Now we have had to take out intervention orders to keep these criminals from our leased property with adjoins our old home property. Not making much difference though, these thugs and bullies are helping themselves to whatever they want. Makes you wonder what makes people tick really. I blame Nab for the outfall. From the beginning of their greedy grab game we have had nothing but lies and deceit from the mouths of Nab. Hidden documents and then lost, What a crock of rubbish. We keep going hoping our stories will help others who are facing the same thing. Good Luck Claire, we are in the same boat as you and many thousands which Nab have taken down.
