What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: The FOS mission statement

FOS mission statement extracted from it’s annual review 2012-2013 


Our mission is to fulfil an important community role by providing an independent dispute resolution service in which people can place their confidence and trust.  This involves understanding all sides of a dispute and resolving it fairly and efficiently. 

 

We aim to be

 

*Respectful

*Efficient

*Trustworthy

*Forward thinking

 

My Comment: This is not proving to be the case for the majority of FOS determinations which have been handed down to our members.

    My Goodness, FOS must have forgotten their Mission Statement. Somehow and by someone FOS employees have been told to button their lips and protect the banksters. It is far to obvious that FOSSERS appear to be running scared. Sorry Fossers you are letting consumers down. Bout time you all pulled together and opened up about the banksters rot.

    I find this sincerely choke worthy, I wait feeling trapped in the unknown for 16months,not knowing what despair will plague tomorrow, I am moved through case managers until finally after sending in everything that is asked of me by the due date I receive a phone call the following day from fos letting me know I have another new case manager- she then indicates she has not read any of my case but if I'm not prepared to sell my home she can't help me!?! This must be the forward thinking component- thinking forward to a pat on the back from the bank for making my children and I homeless!!

    Fair and honest

    Sounds like some form of church group or a pair of crime fighters but no its just FOS telling it like it ISNT again. The only corporations or organisations that create MISSION STATEMENTS are Banks and Government Departments and there only there to remind the zombies what their roll is. The real FOS Mission Statement reads:
    * Respectful - the word we use to let you know we are respectfully aware the bank screwed you over but we just don't care
    * Efficient - the word we use for the sheriff is coming to take your home after the bank efficiently screwed you over but once again let me reiterate we just don't care
    * Trustworthy - the word we use for a bank BDM or CEO standing at the photocopier with your original contract coming off the scanner with photoshop open on screen on his computer while handing your originals to his assistant who is feeding them through the shredder. And of course without making a big scene about it let it be known we just don't care.
    * Forward Thinking - the two words we use instead of F$#k OFF complaining whinging victim, we are forward thinking enough to know just by looking at you that you are just going to hang around annoy us in our comfortable office and stop us looking out the window like we are paid to do. For god sake you pain in my [email protected] why don't you just nick off and go broke quietly, surely you have better things to do like run off down to Centrelink and sign up for welfare or something like. Now go away before I have to remind you emphatically we just don't care.
    Now those are the real meanings behind the polite version on the FOS website and on the back of the lunch room door, now you all have that information you will know exactly what to expect when you ask for help with anything that might upset our Banks.

    Is pretty spot on from the horror i read from the members.
    Its frightening that they hold our life in the hands of these
    PEOPLE sitting at the FOSSY desk stations.

    Duped

    FOS are you playing a cruel joke with statements like these. If FOS was abiding by their own statements they wouldn't and shouldn't be listening to these bank lawyers seconded to them, that's not independent as they are filling you minds with their versions of complaints only and dismissing the true reality of cases. Of course they will say and do anything to protect the banks interest, that's where it is morally wrong and misrepresenting the idea of trustworthiness. They have been put there for that reason.
    In your own minds think about how this corrupt scam has operated, there seems to be a sudden rush to adjudicate cases with very poorly made decisions, even to the extent of ignoring the law so wouldn't it be better to be completely impartial now, make fair decisions and not biased in banks favour, as down the track these cases will most likely have to be reopened just because a bank lawyer has given you poor advise.
