What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Dear MR TONY ABBOTT from BFCSA Members

Dear Mr Abbott

Your response to Mr Styles is grossly inadequate given what is occurring in the Senate.  I can only assume the Minders have not briefed you on this issue.  Quite simply you are either on the side of the Constituents or on the side of the Banksters.  You are on the side of looking for truth or you are on the side of those who would corrupt our political system.  You are on the side of 100,000 families caught up in the greatest banking scandal in our Nation's 232 year history, or on the side of regulators who blatantly lie to the Senate.  Please ask your colleagues in the Senate to brief you on what is going on up there and take a stand.  Someone has to be on the side of the people, surely?

Two of the Families who went through 8 years of agony to win in the recent High Court decision, are your constituents.  I think Johnno is on his way down to have a quiet word with you.  He just lives around the corner.   Please listen to what he has to say.

We appreciate this is a tough issue but we need tough leaders.

Kind Regards

Ms Denise Brailey

Very short post but I rate it as one of Denise's best

To ignore this substantive issue in the "election year" may prove to be fatal to 'their' objectives!

    Well said, Denise.
Australia needs strong leaders with vision and purpose to represent an increasingly disillusioned and critical voting crowd. To treat us as a disempowered minority or the chattering classes is a fatal mistake. The issue is bigger than the numbers suggest. Has the Liberal Party got what it takes to leave behind old style Australian politics and address the concerns of an informed public who refuse to be patronised or put down with spin. My guess is that there will be a different Libs leader coming up the election and there may also be changes in the Nats. The old ways are not adequate to the challenges ahead of this country if we want to do a better job of this than Europe or the US and come out as a shining light in a world of corruption and bankster domination.

Agreed Lisa, we do need strong leaders with vision. Perhaps a few members would like to email this blog to Mr Abbott as a courtesy. If he wishes to ask a few questions in the Lower House, I am happy to supply an informed list of questions. [email protected]

I was thinking the same thing Denise - i will email this to Abbot. He cannot keep ignoring it as this is one issue that will never go away but only get bigger and bigger.

I just emailed Tony Abbott begging for him to become involved to right a wrong
done by banks and for the return of our title deeds and everything else we have lost.
If we all inundated him with emails he might start to take notice.

Outraged, Tony Abbot's website doesn't show his email address so i had to copy the blog and paste it into his message box.
Everybody, this is a special cause which needs our total attention and dedication.
Do we want to save our houses or not?? If Denise can work 7 days a week for us, then surely we can do what is required of us - she doesn't ask for much!!

What do you suggest, Denise, re the list of questions? How do we get Tony Abbott to do that for us?

  • Denise
    Denise Sunday, 23 September 2012

LIST of questions we think the Opposition needs to be asking the Federal Government. Opposition Major Party's job is to ask questions on key issues. In particular, those issues re banking which effect or are likely to effect our economy.

eg: Why are the RBA, ASIC, APRA and AOFM all suggesting "there are no systemic issues in Mortgage Lending in Australia", when the evidence of BFCSA Members clearly show 100% fraudulent Low Doc/No Doc loans and 10% of which are Full Doc Loans?

Has the AOFM ordered a recent audit on the Mortgage Securities packs known as RMBS, it has purchased with Tax Payer $$$$? Given the evidence from BFCSA (Inc) Members, if not why not?
At any time in the past four years, has the AOFM briefed the Prime Minister's Office on the risks associated with known falsification of Loan Applications and the purchasing of these products?
Has the AOFM briefed the Prime Minister's Office on the separation of the title deeds from the mortgage securities?

Dear Mr Abbott, Is your reply a joke ? If it is, then we can assure you that it is not in the slightest bit funny.

We are asking you what you plan to do about fraudulent activities of the banks & other lenders, as it is a major crime against the Commonwealth, which means that it is a crime against the People of Australia, and you reply by telling us about 'speeches' you have made?

If you mean that your commitment to ; 'a commission of audit' means that you will be commissioning an independent audit of all of the fraudulent Loan Application Forms, then that is exactly what is required.

And, maybe, if you also mean that your commitment to : 'a new approach to indigenous employment' means that you will be jailing all of the bank executives & replacing them with indigenous people, then that is also exactly what is required.

If we have misinterpreted your reply, please forgive us, but then our question still stands :

    yours sincerely,

    Wayne & Carol Styles.

Well done Wayne, fantastic reply - did you send it to him??

  • doyla66
    doyla66 Tuesday, 25 September 2012

Hi Ali - yes - I sent the reply to Tony Abbott on Sunday 23rd Sept. I am looking forward to a proper response from the man himself, not from a junior lackey who obviously has no brains between their ears.

Excellent Wayne, i agree we need the response to come from him - so just need to keep hounding him and the pressure will ultimately make him bend, if he is human that is!!
Trying to save our home is a full time job so we are so lucky that we all have each other for support.
