What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Delusional APRA statement 2003 yet the fraud continues -2014??? RHG a Real Bully Bank created by Kinghorn

ADI's = APRA's fancy name for BANKS   Or shall we say:  APRA'S Devious Institutions

“Over half of the institutions (53%) base the broker’s remuneration solely on the volume of business generated, providing brokers with an incentive to generate loan volume without appropriate regard for risk. With such an incentive structure, it is critical that ADIs have procedures in place to ensure their own credit assessment standards are rigorously applied to broker-introduced loans.17(APRA 200

My loan inception 2007, thank you RHG for your rigorous  credit assessment standards!!     I have a letter from you that states you relied upon the application to assess the funds-the application that you guided the broker to complete, yes I have those emails from the broker receiving very specific instructions from you on how to get the loan 'across'-

Your day of truth will come RHG............. you will no longer bully me onto the street with my children!

Are the bullyboy lenders trying to show everyone they can do what they like to home owners?

So many people poured out their hearts to the Senators and sent them information about their experiences. There would be piles of stories and cases for the Senators to look at if they were permitted the time. We know the Senators care what happens to us. It's more a question of what they're able to do under the circumstances.
It looks like some unscrupulous Lenders are intentionally trying to intimidate and demoralise potential witnesses during the Senate Inquiry by threatening home owners and evicting others.
Is this just "business as usual"?
It's quite possible that they are trying to show the world that they rule the land, that they are above the Law and the Australian Government in these matters is powerless.
Didn't the ABA gloat over the Senate Inquiry looking at ASIC performance, so that Inquiry didn't apply to Banks?
And Joe Hockey's Banking Inquiry was designed to keep consumer complaints out - another reason to smile in Bankerland?
The Senate does have powers, as we understand it, to consider the treatment of any witness or potential witness in the Senate Inquiry. It would be a good idea to alert them if threatened homeowners and victims of loan fraud are being subjected to harassment and harm. Losing one's home, especially with children and pets to care for, must be one of the most stressful and devastating experiences a person could experience. This is even more shocking when it appears that those who hold the highest offices in the land cannot or will not prevent this unlawful conduct by bullyboy Lenders. Shouldn't we raise the alarm about these cases of illegal home stealing, especially while these cases are under investigation by the Police and/or the Senators?

Transformation, we have been raising the alarm for quite some time. We have done everything possible to alert everyone in Parliament, the general public, the EDR's, the AFP, Asic, Major Fraud squad, anyone and everyone who should be made aware.
In 2012 we sent out letters to 62 Senators so nobody can say they don't know about this fraud as they have all been notified repeatedly.
I think it would be a good idea if, whenever somebody is bullied out of their home, they must alert the Senators. I believe they already know how bad it is but keeping them up to date will re enforce just how sinister and urgent the situation really is. Nobody should be losing their homes. We must all pull together and stand up to these bankster bullies.
So if anyone is facing illegal eviction, please inform Senator Williams without delay because if we don't keep him informed he cannot know what is happening ([email protected])

I think the Senators should name and shame the bullyboy lenders in the Inquiry and Parliament so they are on record in Hansard, along with what they did. Just like they did with Bank West. I don't know if that makes any difference to the lenders but it is a historical record of the kind of conduct that has been done to Australians. Then the media can pick up the information from Parliamentarians and add to all the other efforts to get the word out there. This conduct is bullying - Australia has laws against bullying because enough Australians disapprove of bullying.

    Yes,the bullying must be stopped.
Again the question of "Australia's suicide rate" must be answered for.
People are ending it all due the financial stress placed upon them because of the maladministration and fraud administered by the banksters.
It all gets to hard and people just don't have the strength and power to fight the banks.
The bullying by the banks and the lawyers in a major contributing factor to this "suicide statistic"
    It has to be stopped.
Toxic loans must be frozen to release the pressure from affected families.....
