What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Dear members

If you want to see someone with delusions just google abc i- view and the 7-30 report for 14-10-13. It starts out about Leightons bribery allegations then moves onto ASIC's performance and Senator Cameron gives them a good serve, my, my Greggy doesn't look comfortable fronting mainstream media  and to top it off he still states ASIC is doing a good job, its about time he had a reality check. Thanks Neil T.

Mr. Medcraft, What a load of crock S#IT your interview was, stumbling around the questions. You're just the same at the Senate Inquiry questioning... you couldn't lie straight in bed. Forget your banking mates or you will go down with them as jail is where you belong for refusing to go after the banks with the systemic mortgage loan fraud which you have known and been warned about repeatedly. Their payoffs to you must be enormous. Can't wait to see you sweat on their questioning and what Senator Cameron has got for his line of questioning as a few of the senators know how incapable you really are and also how bank orientated you are. Demand FOS and COSL start protecting consumers now.

He can lie and say that he's doing a good job and people are happy with his performance in front of a camera.
But Mr Medcraft there are thousands of people you wouldn't have the guts to say that to, because, we all know
you're not doing anything to warrant the pay packet you're taking home, as a matter of fact you're even swindling
the government with your non performance of the job you were hired to do, and that is to protect the consumers
    from your corrupt banker buddies.

Huey and Dooey (Medcraft and Kell) what miserable sods they truly are. They think a good days work is getting rid of pesky complaining consumers.

More like one of the three stooges, wouldn't know his arse from his elbow. I would not spit on him if he was on fire!!

Chairman Medcraft rarely grants interviews....why? Because you can be easily torn to shreds when you are lying. Senator Cameron made him squirm

Yes he does avoid interviews because he knows that he will be placed in an awkward and uncomfortable position which causes him to lie. He knows he may say something which he will regret. This is why Medcraft wasn't present at last year's Senate Inquiry. He sent his litle puppet Kell along to lie for him.
Doug and the other interviewer (don't know his name) put Medcraft on the spot and caused him to stumble and stutter...the sure signs of lying and deceit.
I just loved that look of total disbelief on the other interviewer's face as he questioned Medcraft.
I wonder how Asic will cope with the Senate Inquiry.

Greg read the submissions and you will see for yourself how happy the consumers are with ASIC's performance, and these
are only a handful. There are thousands more out there, and it's not just in the banking industry either.
ASIC doesn't care to regulate anything, they are too busy lunching with their banker buddies.

Banks love Medcraft - he's so sympatico with their views and aspirations. Gold star for compliance with Banksters.

Greg Medcraft said ASIC received approval from a survey. Who did they survey for this?
Sounds like he went to a Bankster luncheon and asked their opinion. Of course the Banksters were unanimous in their approval! They were delighted with the way ASIC was leaving them alone to pursue business as usual ie. loan service calculator income and asset inflation, family size adjustments, alterations to LAFs, freelance abuse of complainants whilst at FOS and unfettered stealing of homes and farms. What's more, ASIC wouldn't let EDRs recognise or address the thousands of Fraud allegations, did nothing about the failure to disclose aspects of the Corporations Act and sent lots of flick letters.
Greg Medcraft is so COMPLIANT - with the wishes of Banksters, so understanding of the needs of Banksters.
Before the Senate do anything else, top of the list is take the damn complaints section and EDR out of ASICs clutches: Fox in Charge of the Hen House indeed, and a well-paid fox at that!

Nice try Mr. Medcraft. You looked like the fraud you are just like the fraudster bankers. You are not a good liar you wriggle and blink and get totally confused.
