What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Hold Corrupt Bankers Accountable for Fraud

Target: European Parliament

Goal :  Hold corrupt bankers accountable for their fraudulent actions

Big banks have been caught rigging global interest rates and ripping millions of people off, but they still have not been held responsible. Now, the EU finance regulator is standing up to big banks and taking action to bring much-needed reform. Urge the EU to stand up to the powerful bank lobby and hold corrupt bankers accountable.

It is public knowledge that big banks such as Barclays have tweaked global interest rates to receive more money from people paying their mortgages, student loans and other debts. This behavior should be punishable by jail, but Barclays only got fined a small fraction of its profits due to the powerful bank lobby. Considering the waves of banking crises that continue to affect our economies and livelihoods, a small fine is simply unacceptable.

As global outrage mounts, there is a better chance of ensuring justice. The EU finance regulator, Michel Barnier, is taking the lead by championing reform that would put corrupt bankers in jail for the fraud they’ve committed. If the EU Parliament supports Barnier, its influence would surely spread accountability measures to other countries.

The EU Parliament has the power to introduce strong legislation against market abuse, including criminal sanctions for bankers who have committed fraud.

But banks are lobbying strongly and Barnier needs citizens of the world to stand with him.

Sign the petition below to urge the EU Parliament to support Barnier and lead the world in bringing about much-needed banking reform.

Since when do lobbyists get a hearing to pervert the course of justice?
Who are the government limp lettuce leaves who give in to these lobbyists and their Bankster mates?
Do they need the BFCSA and Denise Brailey to teach them how to stand up for themselves?
    Where there's a will there's a way.
It's time for all countries afflicted by this Bankster bullying disease to search for strong leaders who uphold the Law and apply it to Banks as well.
If a tiny country like Iceland can do it why can't every other country show the same commitment to their people and moral strength against the wiles of the Banking fraternity?
