What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Dear members

As a consequence of life I get quite a lot of down time but the upsiide is I get exposed to lots of media broadcasts and the information within. This morning on ABC breakfast there was an interview about super funds and the guest represented industry super which is cheaper because they don't pay commissions.

The big banks have a big slice of super funds and want more and as a result that when ex-CBA bos David Murray does his roots and branch investigation into the banks he is also going to look into the super aspect and SMSF funds, what recommendations will he make to parliament over that? Also the rules regarding brokers and advisers are to be relaxed as well.

Tonight on Peter Van Onseline on Sky he pointed out that Tony Abbott has only one woman on the front bench Julia Bishop but whenever the camera is on the P.M. during question time the three (only)  female backbenchers are sitting in triangular formation and are always in full camera angle when the camera's are on the P.M. its all spin and image. One of the backbenchers spoke out while Chris Pyne was speaking and Julia Bishop spun around and looked daggers at her, the backbencher mouthed sorry.

So its a very tight Coalition ship we are up against, we have to get the frontbench to heed our call for help and a Royal Commission. The Senate hearings will be the perfect platform to create the momentum for change, the outcome of the Senators hearings must call into question a lot of the bad rulings and decisions ASIC has made and will there be a call to review former ASIC blunders and will anybody have to fall on their swords?

I know Senator Williams should be at the hearings, I don't know about Senator Cameron but if these two formidable  men are allowed to question Greg Medcraft without putting the questions on notice its going to be an uncomfortable few hours for him, which is light as we have all been suffering for years and don't know how long the ordeal will go on but we have all come this far and with Denise leading the charge the future is a lot brighter rather than bleak. Thanks NeilT.

In case anybody missed ACA tonight Tracey Grimshaw did a story about a government bill I had never heard of which might be good for some members or friends of members to know of for I believe it is very little known of and if one is eligible one must register before 28 February 2014 so it must be set to one of the bills closed. For myself it is not applicable but; for anybody who is working and over pension entitlement age it would be for the pension you are entitled to receive accumulates in the scheme until you do stop working when it is then paid out in a lump sum.
The government site to check is
