DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

BFCSA: The two party political system is a symbiotic one thats denying us our rightful justice.

Dear members

At present the two party system is working perfectly if you are a politician of either. Every couple of years you change what side of the chamber you sit in and make alot of noise about how bad the other guy is and how good you are. Well, I like the rest of you, have had a gutfull, these self pandering egotistical elected public servants are abusing the system for self gain.

The Nationals (with the likes of Senator Williams) are off the land and can relate to what alot of our members are suffering but being the junior partner in the Coalition, are mostly ignored.   My biggest fear is the Senators recommendations into ASIC might not be acted on after seeing what Joe Hockey did for the make up of the committee into the banking investigation.

My wife and I started lobbying Canberra politicians and regulators when John Howard and Peter Costello ran the show and then the Labor circus and now back to a Coalition again. What have we gained in all that time? BUGGER ALL, except alot of sleepless nights and elevated blood pressure. Both sides completely ignored written heartfelt letters and emails, they didn't even have the decency to acknowledge our existence.

Over the years we have been trying to expose LAF fraud and both parties refuse to act.  I know Bill Shorten has had numerous complaints about it and he refused to act when he had the power to.  In one Senate submission it details how he was given irrefutable facts and still refused to follow up on them. WHY! Its the one thing both parties have in common.

I like the rest of you am aging and if anythng happens to me, my wife will be thrown onto the streets by our heartless "we acted in good faith" Bankster overlords. November next year Parliament gets the already determined results of David Murray's investigation and then it will be in 2015 we get the Coalitions response to it and then there is the Senators results as well but it is all along way off.

How many BFCSA members will lose their homes while waiting? What about FOS and COSL? People are so disenchanted by how useless and one sided in the banksters favour they are, that they don't want to go that route.

Our ultimate goal is a Royal Commission but thats a way off just yet. Ali raised a point on replying to a blog, she stated about a Dr Alex Douglas M.P. Palmer United Party.  Well that got me thinking. Both major parties and the media scoff and ridicule the Palmer United Party but as of July1 next year they have the balance of power in the Senate and nothing gets passed without their say so.

Clive Palmer first and foremost is a businessman. Would he enter into a major contract without his legal people fully scrutinizing the contracts? Damn right he wouldn't. Members  what do you think about asking Clive Palmer to demand from the Coalition and ASIC to give everyone access to their LAF's and all documentation and if they can't be found the lenders to be held accountable.

We have to force the issue and both Labor and the Coalition know about the problems with the LAF's and have refused to act for to many years.  We need a third party who is an outsider to force the issue and by holding the balance of power in the Senate this will be a good bargaining point.

If we can get the Palmer United Party to force the issue of the LAF's it might force David Murrays investigation to take a righteous approach to the investigations if there is a chance all the fraud on the LAF's is going to be exposed.

Members maybe all we need for Xmas is the Palmer United Party and if the banksters read about this course of action, they might have trouble digesting their Xmas lobster.  Thanks Neil T.

Good Idea Neil, I sent a letter to Dr. Alex Douglas last week, but maybe we could ask him to look into the
Roots and Branches leader selected by Joe Hockey. With a bit of luck he might be the man to do something
about it. David Murray needs to be booted out.
As a matter of fact Denise Brailey should have been able to give approval before the decision was made.
What is Joe Hockey so scare of?

The Bendigo Bank and Mike Hirst has been caught out yet again by Dr Alex Douglas a Queensland Minister Of Parliament for Gaven, he is a true man of action and a man on a mission to seek Justice for all Bank Victims and will NOT stop until he finds it for all Australians.

Dr Douglass' speech before the Queensland Parliament is in the first few minutes of this video so you don't need to watch the rest, to be honest with every one even if you even if you where into Australian Politics he is a Hard Act to follow for the other members (as they use to say in show business).

We will be bringing you a lot more from Alex Douglas and about the case he has mentioned in more posts, like Denise Brailey of The Banking & Finance Consumers Support Association (BFCSA) he smells a rat at the Bendigo Bank and being a Doctor he knows what the cure is...!!!

I would advise anyone who has fallen prey to banking malpractice to write to Dr Alex Douglas and tell him of your situation. No more than a page will do....keep it brief and to the point. The more people who write to him the more likely that he may take up the fight. His email address is [email protected]

Some weeks ago I emailed the Palmer Party in regards to the plight of Aussies and the Lenders fraud. I did vote for the Palmer Party as I believed mr. Palmer and his men had the business acumen and points of the board in business to understand what we have been through. I have never received a reply not even just an acknowledgment that my email has been read. I don't hold out much faith in the Palmer party any more and feel my vote has been wasted. I now have second thoughts about the ability of Mr. Palmer and the party which is a shame because it is a time for change and a time for someone with b...s to step up.

How long after you sent your letter did you receive a reply Maria. I sent my email on the 14th November which is now some 5 weeks ago.
I was disappointed as I said I thought The Palmer party would have a bit more marrow in their bones but apparently not. It appears they are no better than the other parties!!!! Probably the last time Mr. Palmer and his mates will get my vote. I feel I have wasted this last vote now.

Nanna, we wrote a brief explanation of our situation, no more than one page directly to Dr Alex Douglas. His email [email protected]

I sent a letter to the Palmer Party just before the elections and received no reply to that one.
The one I sent directly to Dr. Alex Douglas to his email was acknowledged the same day.
I for one am no giving up Nanna, there is someone out there in the Political arena who cares.
If Dr. Alex Douglas is the one, only letters from everyone will at least allow him to realize how we have all
been set up by the "Monsters".
