What BFCSA Does...
BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide. Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years. For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams. She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Duped
You would have to say the cards are stacked against anyone with a complaint against the banks. How many times have we said there is a severe conflict of interest in the regulator ASIC and EDR system FOS and COSL's board members.

With the club of Crooks: ASIC , the Banks ( in my case the CBA and ANZ ) , BFSO, FOS and any others you can think of, being so tight how can we Ordinary folk get a fair go? Even when you get a Decision against the Crooks they have their mates protecting their backsides so we get a letter saying "how Sorry we are that you were defrauded and the like and we have told our friends not to do it again; Case Closed".
We hope that the Senate really shakes things up and opens the flood gates and allows us to receive our Justice against this corruption and criminal conduct. -

Any wonder they really believed they could get away with it, they're all in bed together.
The cases with FOS should all be frozen, now that we and the world have been enlightened as to how
these crooks operate. It doesn't matter how much evidence you stick under their noses they still will not go against
their bankster buddies.
All mortgages should be extinguished and any losses reimbursed ASAP.
The borrowers have suffered enough.
It's their turn to worry and wonder if they'll have their own beds to sleep in. Jail them all. -
