MORTGAGE
DISTRESS SOS

What BFCSA Does...

BFCSA investigates fraud involving lenders, spruikers and financial planners worldwide.  Full Doc, Low Doc, No Doc loans, Lines of Credit and Buffer loans appear to be normal profit making financial products, however, these loans are set to implode within seven years.  For the past two decades, Ms Brailey, President of BFCSA (Inc), has been a tireless campaigner, championing the cause of older and low income people around the Globe who have fallen victim to banking and finance scams.  She has found that people of all ages are being targeted by Bankers offering faulty lending products. BFCSA warn that anyone who has signed up for one of these financial products, is in grave danger of losing their home.

Well looks like the Adelaide Bank is going to bankrupt me on the 22/09/14. I was served with  a notice just now saying this is what is going to happen. I dont know what to do. This was with FOS then they determined that this was better dealt with through COSL > tried to stop this from happening but FOS said there was no appeal on this and it had already been done. I have not heard from COSL at all until last Friday I got a voice mail to contact COSL , up until 4pm today I haven't been able to get anyone to answer. I have left several voice mail messages for this Nicola person.  I would think that my complaint with FOS was about the Adelaide Bank, and now FOS have said that this complaint is really about Barnes Home Loans that the Adelaide Bank goes straight in...

The public have deep sympathy for bush fire victims losing their home.  The public also arrive with buckets and mops to help strangers that are victims of floods.  Australia is a land that does suffer tremendously devastating weather curve balls and disasters at times. Another one for the salvation Army to pick up.  Victims says: "So I'm moving too .... no home, no $155K refund ......to who knows where now???  Another financially ruined, middle aged person who will soon be homeless.... How does that help our economy?? Yet when one loses one's home (as an older person) from a Bank driven Service Calculator Fraud on a deliberate TOXIC Mortgage, two porters at ASIC crack their knuckles.  Why is that?   Well failure for the public to understand this phenomenon of widespread bank looting of homes is all of the reasons Australians will be much worse off during the next 50 years. This...

Another Reader - from Ali Absolutely spot on Robert. You hit the nail right on. The need to come away from selfishness and greed is a must in order to amend the financial, physical, and mental damage and return to better times. I just hope it won't be too long before some media outlet picks up and leads the way to exposing the truth around this shocking injustice brought upon the innocent and unsuspecting public. We the victims should have our fraudulent loans extinguished right away. We should not have to wait until someone in Government is willing to sort out the mess. This could take years and we just want to get on with our lives. It is so unfair to keep us imprisoned in this way as if we were the guilty ones. Bring on our deserved freedom.... ED:  One wonders why Bankers responsible for the dreaded SERVICE CALCULATOR are not IN...

Don't let the banks take your home.   Fight back and occupy your home for as long as possible.  Some of our members have been in default for 4 years and are still living free of harassment.  Others have had their mortgages reduced by up to 75% and a few for 100%.  We have also arranged "till death do us part" remedies.  Interest has had to be paid back as compensation. We are looking into a class action against banks and lenders that engaged in fraudulent loans for a HOMES LOST purpose. We have enough evidence to sink a battle ship.  Its numbers we are after.  If you have LOST your home already then you also need to join us and be part of the class.   Australian Banks have been getting away with major fraud for far too long - almost two decades on, and no accountability in SUB PRIME...
